Employers and agencies are responsible for providing accurate role descriptions, lawful working conditions, and timely information needed to coordinate placements. By engaging our services, you confirm that you have the authority to recruit for the roles you submit and will comply with applicable employment and immigration laws.

No Guarantee of Placement

While we work to coordinate placements as efficiently and transparently as possible, we do not guarantee employment, placement, study admission, visa approval, or any specific outcome or timeline.

Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including employer decisions, institutional requirements, and the decisions of government and immigration authorities.

Fees

Where fees apply to a service, they will be communicated to you clearly and agreed in advance. You should not rely on any fee information from third parties that has not been confirmed by JVCS in writing.
