A bakery in Zagreb is hiring sales assistants to serve customers, handle payments, and keep the shop running smoothly. Twenty positions are open on a full-time, one-year contract.
Hours are around eight per day (about 160–184 hours per month). JVCS coordinates work-permit processing, documentation, relocation, and arrival support throughout. A 90-day probation period applies.
What you'll do
- Sell and serve bread, pastries, and other bakery items to customers.
- Work the cash register and handle payments.
- Display and arrange products attractively in the shop.
- Check product freshness and stock levels.
- Keep the store clean and follow hygiene and safety standards.
- Support daily shop operations and serve customers politely and professionally.
What we're looking for
- Around 1 year of relevant retail or production experience.
- Open to male and female applicants aged 25–40, of Philippine nationality.
- High school diploma with proof of competence.
- Able to read, speak, and write good English.
- Passport valid for at least 2 years and recent medical records confirming good health.
- NBI certificate with apostille, or legalised police clearance.
